January 2nd - The high barometric pressure of 1044.0 millibars, recorded at 10:50, was the highest ever recorded in January, and only 0.6 millibars below the highest ever, recorded on February 7th 2012.
January 17th - A light covering of snow fell overnight, the first recorded snow of the 2018 / 2019 season.
January 18th - At 05:00, the temperature fell to -1.8°C, the lowest temperature of the winter season so far.
January 23rd - At 08:20, the temperature fell to -3.0°C, the lowest temperature since -6.1°C was recorded on March 1st 2018.
January 27th - At 12:14, the high solar energy reading was 445 w/m², the highest of 2019 so far, and the highest since 496 w/m² was recorded on November 13th 2018.

July 23rd - The maximum temperature of 29.8°C recorded at 18:00 was the highest temperature of 2019, and the highest since 31.0°C was recorded on July 26th 2018.
July 25th - At 18:37, the temperature reached 34.1°C, the highest temperature ever recorded here, beating the previous high of 32.7°C recorded on July 1st 2015. This is only the fifth time that a temperature in excess of 30°C has been recorded here.
July 30th - 25.0 millimetres of rain was recorded, making it the wettest day since 26.4 millimetres fell on August 8th 2017.
August 25th - At 17:54, the temperature reached 30.0°C, the second highest temperature of 2019, beaten only by the 34.1°C recorded on July 25th. This is only the sixth time that a temperature of 30.0°C has been recorded here.
September 24th - The rainfall total of 31.8 millimetres was the highest since 32.4 millimetres was recorded on July 23rd 2013. This was the fifth wettest day ever recorded here.
October 2nd - The first ground frost of the season was recorded when the temperature fell to 2.4°C at 07:08. This was the lowest temperature since 0.4°C was recorded on May 5th.
November 2nd - At 12:12, the barometric pressure fell to 973.7 millibars, the lowest since 971.4 millibars was recorded on March 28th 2016.
November 6th - The maximum temperature was 6.1°C, recorded at 21:01. This was the loweat daily maximum since February 3rd when the maximum was 4.9°C. The minimum temperature was 0.2°C which was the lowest temperature since -0.3°C was recorded on April 13th.
November 7th - 29.0 millimetres of rainfall was recorded making it the second wettest day of 2019. Only September 24th, with 31.8 millimetres, was wetter.
November 9th - At 06:21, the temperature fell to -0.7°C, the lowest temperature since -4.4°C was recorded on February 3rd. This was the first sub-zero temperature of the autumn season and is earlier than the average first freeze date which is November 16th. The maximum temperature was 4.8°C, recorded at 14:36. This was the loweat daily maximum since February 2nd when the maximum was 4.4°C.
November 14th - 27.8 millimetres of rainfall was recorded making it the third wettest day of 2019. This takes the total for the month to 109.0 millimetres. The average for the month is 62.8 millimetres. November 2019 is currently the fourth wettest month on record here.
November 19th - At 05:22, the temperature fell to -1.8°C, the lowest temperature of the Autumn season so far.
December 2nd - At 02:46, the temperature fell to -1.9°C, the lowest temperature of the Winter season so far.
